Abysmal service department

Not only is this the rudest and most patronising service department I have ever encountered,They don't call back when they say, they added items to the job sheet without my knowledge, they didn't replenish oil that caused major problems, and fitted the wrong engine oil more than once. Stay away is my advice I am not really sure they know what they are doing.
