They sold me a dreadful car

The Car Outlet Dartford sold me a Chevrolet Orlando diesel automatic, in addition I bought an Autoguard warranty. Faults from the start included glow plugs, glow plug control module, air flow sensor, leaking air conditioning condenser.The Car Outlet told me to go via Autoguard to my local garage. They refused to contribute to my costs (Autoguard did not cover the glow plugs and only paid part of the other repairs). It was only by applying to The County Court Dartford that I got any of my costs back. Later faults were total failure of the gearbox while on the motorway, and after this the radiator split open. Mr Crone described me as "a very difficult customer". He has throughout been unwilling to accept responsibility for any of the cars many faults. In the judges words "Caveat Emptor".
