I would never ever buy from this company again. I agreed a price with Craft Cars for a Fiat 500 with my daughter and asked her to come and view the car (20 miles from home). After driving all the way there we were told that the car had been sold half an hour ago. As if this wasn't frustrating enough, when we asked to see their other cars on offer they continued to speak on the phone and ignore us. Of course, this meant that we were unable to even view any cars after driving there let alone purchase one. The staff were extremely rude to both my daughter and I. 2 days on from trying to view the car the owner of craft cars Ltd has been harassing my daughter. He has text and called her calling her sick in the head, a liar and also how he wants God to bless her. I am absolutely disgusted with the company, the service they offer and the way they have treated us. Please do not use this company to buy cars! I couldn't emphasise how much you should stay away from this company.
