Outrageous customer service & branch

This company’s service is outrageous my Land Rover Evo has been here 8 times for the same warranty work which seemed to never get fixed but always has some kind software updates and lubricants to things - and handed back every time with the issue is there! (On the 6th visit my car was damaged in Land Rover Thames dittions control) full side respray was required!! Now my car has just run out of warranty with all of the current issue I had before are still there in the same manner they were when we dropped to Land Rover in first place So when taking car back for the 9th visit for same issues I’m now advised I require all new parts as existing ones have failed or broke. Then the company try to charge me nearly 3/4K for parts and labour for which this should have been done on the 1st visit It has took a lot of stressing and arguing with this company for them to see the point once I finial got it across they have agreed to repair for free but really they just wanted to charge me with out a fight you will get nowhere with this company You can’t call this office with out having issues transferring calls or being put through then being cut off - phone line are completely rubbish and they have no view to sort this out as it’s been like it for 2years that I can confirm!!! Totally Crap and rude customer service- to me personally it seem they try to bodge cars until they are outside of warranty!!! Beware!!! Daisy Haisman - customer service Representative extremely rude not helpfully at all puts phone down without a courtesy call back saying sorry the line dropped but no nothing!!! Then I start calling again another 35mins later finically get through to some one called Hayley Who was very helpfully to escalate my complaints and concerns The amount of time I requested a manager or some one higher...no one ever in the building or they are always busy on another line it’s ridicules !!! I would never advise any body to use this branch totally rubbish and careless.. Many Thanks Lee
