A warm welcome greeted me in this marvellous Exeter dealership on a 'bad weather' morning. The service provided that day went beyond being exceptional; as it always has in my experience. There is a feeling of absolute reliability emanating from staff front of house and the mechanical treatment area, which older folk like me value immensely. Returning a few hours later after being weather stressed in the city, the immediate offer of a cup of tea worked wonders. I wasn't just a customer. I was among friends, who cared for me as well as my car which was being serviced.
