Scammers

If you want to be fooled that is the garrage for you. Booked my car in for service. Left side mirror indicator faulty. Been told it is wirring issue and that it needs a new mirror unit and that will cost me £400. Warranty that I have with my vehicle won't cover the issues and I will have to pay for that.(that is a different story Arnold clark sell warranties that covers literally nothing). On top of that they cracked my mirror glass whilst checking the fault(well done) thanks for a new part though, but again had to request to send an e-mail that they accept liability for it. Went for a second opinion to BMW dealer in Warrington. And yes you are right wirring is fine and it only needs a new LED strip. Labour and original bmw LED strip cost me £85. Got e-mailed twice from Arnold Clark that it is wiring issue. Got all the proves and I will be taking it further so other people won't get scammed. I might be blond, but not that blond. Thanks for a nerve wrecking experience, terrible customer service and incompetent mechanics. This time it did not work out to scam your customer. But as I said I won't leave this like that. And I will make sure no one I know will ever use this dealer either ( and they used to... quite wealthy business people). Be careful and don't use ARNOLD CLARK ASHTON SHAME ON YOU!
