Sells cars that aren’t fit for purpose! Nearly causing a fatal crash loosing all breaks steering etc etc!! Only having a hand break to stop! With a child in the car! He advised me to take it to a garage to have it fixed. After me saying i want to send it back because it’s not safe and he has Conned us! Costing hundreds later 3 snapped belts Then the mechanic sees the head gasket has also gone! Which this man is saying is MY doing? We drove it home and had it two days!!! Before this happened! then after agreeing to take the truck back as it’s within the first 30 days.....does nothing but makes excuses saying it’s wear and tear and not his problem basically. then when the truck is on its way via AA which HE advised me to do He shuts the shop being very RUDE and arrogant. Not helpful in ANY way. Then the next morning sends a email to say the shop was open til 9 with someone waiting. Which is a total LIE! He went home so it can’t be dropped off and said that in his email then totally changed it the next day. We have been without a car for over a month due to this and I have horses to see to daily which he was fully aware one of the reasons for buying it was to pull my horses trailer!!! Imagine if my horses where in tow when the breaks went! After being told everything was newly done. And there’s nothing that needs doing what so ever! All conversations via phone and email are recorded. We rejected the truck in the first 3 days and wanted it returned. Yet we had to wait as it was the week before Christmas and he said he won’t do anything til after. It’s got a Fresh Mot yet none of that work has been taken out. So after PROMISING that when the truck is returned FULL refund will be given. He is now sending emails of all the deductions he will be making. The man is a TOTAL CON!!!!!
