Following a visit to Brindley Volvo Wolverhampton, I was assisted /guided by Sales Executive James Palmer around a selection of used Volvo V40s. James proved to be very knowledgeable and patient when answering my queries concerning the cars on display. After selecting to test drive 2018 V40, I decided to purchase the car, and after a successful negotiation, we arrived at a purchase price that I was happy with. The subsequent handover was completed on the 10/01/2020. Never at any time was there pressure or 'hard sell' from James, which can prove very intimidating.
