To be honest it wasn't that great. There were three problems which resulted in me travelling to and from the dealership a few times more than was necessary and this intruded on my holiday. It should have been an enjoyable experience and it wasn't, if I am honest. All problems were resolved quickly but they should not have happened in the first place. Complications arose because of the non-presence of the V5 document. I went to pick the car up only to find that the service was significantly overdue and when I finally took delivery the car was vibrating so badly I had to take it back the next day. I suggested that the wheels were not balanced and indeed this proved to be the case -both fronts as it turned out. How could a main dealer have allowed a car to go out when it had not been tested thoroughly? To be fair aesthetically the preparation was very good. I now have the car back and it is fine and I had an equivalent hire car for the duration of the problems, so you can be sure that any problems will be resolved quickly. This all happened over the Christmas period so it may not be a typical experience and everyone was very pleasant and helpful so no complaints there. The salesmen were not pushy or intrusive and were very honest, which I appreciated. So I left a middling review because overall, all has been well. I was promised by the manager that in view of the difficulties, he would "do something for me" in the new year. Not sure what that meant and so far nothing has emerged. I think under normal circumstances a customer would enjoy a good experience at this dealership.
