Good start disappointing after service

I bought my car I’m November and forgot to take my V5, I paid to have a new one issued on condition that if I found the original I would send it and be refunded which is what I did immediately, however after numerous calls, live chat and e-mail I am still waiting for my refund, it is very disappointing that this has happened and is still ongoing after a positive experience initially.
