Damaged parts

Sad for me. Clive Brook Volvo in the UK wasn't very helpful in the return department. They tried to get me to pay the return shipping and then they offered "a small percentage" refund to have the damaged wheels refurbished (uhhh, no way!), they even said one of the damage is small and will get covered by the tire so I shouldn't worry about that one (not true with exposed lip style wheel/tire) and then, once I forced an eBay return, instead of providing the labels like I asked, they scheduled a pickup without checking my availability ( only matters because the day they picked I won't be here). I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this dealer that needs to be shipped. They didn't package the wheels very well. The edges/lip only has one layer of cardboard and I would have thought that EVERYONE knows how shippers treat boxes. Especially heavy ones. The sad part is that I really liked these wheels and now I'll have to start my search again. :(
