Useless & Rude servicing department

I have never experience such a bad customer service at any dealership or garage in my life. Unfortunately, I had to use this site twice and service department customer service level was just horrible... I am sure I will never use them again and will never advise anyone to get any repairs done there. First time - vehicle diagnostics - they have kept car for 3 weeks without even looking at it. I had to chase them every other day trying to find when it will be done. Every time I called I was told a different story and quite quickly I realised they are lying to me. I had to deal with very rude Service Adviser Laura who said that she will not call and update customer even if she promised them. She always sounded like she is not bother and is completely fed up of talking to me. I also had two chances to talk to After Sales Manager Tony Mills who was just as rude, unhelpful and wouldn’t let me say a word. When issue was raised to him he just said to come and pick up the vehicle because they are too busy to deal with it. Every conversation I had with Laura and Tony made me feel like unwanted customer and left me in shock. Second time - vehicle diagnostics - promised to be done in 2 working days. 7 working days later I had no updates therefore I just collected vehicle from them. I don't think they even realised it was booked for diagnostics... Also, if message is ever left with reception for a call back regarding issue then be prepared to chase them again and again. I have left 6 messages with reception and had no call-backs. Not sure if this is another service department issue or reception is just as bad. This site has lost at least £20k on two vehicles above including parts and repairs. After Sales Manager Tony Mills is very happy to lose customers and clearly needs extra training in customer service and sales.
