Abysmal New Car Sales Service
I recently (December 2019) tried to buy a new BMW X3 via Westerly Bridgwater. A week's wait for an appointment to test drive a vehicle, was followed by total disinterest from their sales department. Despite my emailing them with the precise configuration of my desired car (produced from the BMW online configurator), I received no response, either verbal or written, to my request for a firm quotation and delivery time estimate. Steer clear of this dealer at all costs if you expect any sort of sales service!
