Purchased 5 year old convertible from this Steven Eagell Toyota dealership in Watford and the roof leaked. Wouldn't cover it under their 'full Toyota warranty' as it was 'normal wear and tear' despite only buying it a couple of months beforehand. After months of battles and arguments, they looked at it and didn't do anything to the roof. Eventually sold car and took a 1K loss. Terrible customer service, they never returns emails or calls and I constantly have to chase them. They also never followed up on actions they promised until several attempts to chase them up had occurred. Awful experience, I personally wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
