Epic Fail

I'm a disabled driver with a motorbility car. I had my car booked for repair and confirmed yesterday that a courtesy car would be available. To bo told the day before that there is no longer a courtesy car available and they can't get one either. FRF haven't even started work yet and they have dropped a major bollock.
