Disappointed with the RAC Warranty

I bought my car from Auto Devotion, Norwich in August 2019 and paid for an extended 3 year RAC Warranty. In December 2019 I found that water was leaking into the boot and it looks to be coming from the rear light cluster area. I contacted Auto Devotion but it would seem that the warranty does not cover rubber seals. As an after sales experience I am quite disappointed that Auto Devotion do not even want to inspect the car, which is only just over 3 years old and should not be leaking to the extent where the water was at least 3 inches deep. They just suggested I take it to a local garage for repair.
