Poor customer service

Purchased a vehicle from Stocksfield Motor Company 26/11/19 paid 50 pound less than advertised due to a problem with a previous vehicle purchased from here. Test drove the vehicle about 5mile and seemed ok. Paid for the vehicle plus the road tax. Taking the car to Durham and it broke down on A69 at Heddon.Garage were reluctant to recover the vehicle and asked if I was in the AA or RAC to get them to recover it which I refused to do. Turns out there was water in the ECU. Exercised my automatic right to reject the vehicle as advised by trading standards. Refunded the cost of the vehicle next day. I filled the car with 60pounds worth of fuel which took 2 weeks to get back in 2x 25 litre drums, And just over a month to get a refund for the £225 car tax. Was promised to get refund of tax on 30th december {this did not happen} sent 7 text messages to garage owner Gary Miller he did not reply to one.Then got trading standards involved. The matter has now been resolved now but I will never use this garage again.Beware of false promises and poor customer service from garage owner.
