Lunnoi review for cheshire prestige

We will keep the review simple. 1. Our car was written off at the end of 2014 and we did an extensive review, documenting everything to buy a Mitsubishi colt. We found Cheshire Prestige and agreed a deal and paid a deposit. As it was during Christmas and we were away we wanted to secure the car and get delivery after Christmas. 2. The first issue came when the dealership tried to re-negotiate on the deal and charge us for delivery. After much back and forth (during which we felt we were being unduly pressurised since we needed a car and they had our deposit) they eventually agreed to wave the delivery fee, even though that was agreed at the beginning. Note: Confirm every thing in writing via email. 3. Then the car was delivered with significant scratches on the front and rear bumper. We were told by the delivery person that only one of the bumpers would need smart repair and the owner of the garage (Mr T) said they would pay for this and the cost would be ~£60. It turns out this was the trade cost of such a repair and we needed to have smart repair on both front and back. We were kindly though and only sent he cost of one of the repairs as per the agreement. 4. Since then, after numerous calls with Mr T, he has always said he will re-pay this but never has. He has since blamed it on his business partner who he has split from although all the promises have been via Mr T and he stills owns the garage, Cheshire Prestige and his number is on the website. We despair and the only recourse we have is to leave a review on the type of car garage this is. DO NOT buy from here.
