Very disappointing experience

Arranged to come and see a vehicle at Sheffield Car Centre as a pre-arranged appointment. Arrived at the centre to be told the vehicle had been sold already. No contact made by the owner Steve to let me know out of courtesy it had been sold. No apology despite travelling 40 miles. Terrible customer service and poor attitude towards a potential customer. Very unpleasant experience and would not recommend.
