Buying a new car should be an exciting experience not at Tonbridge wells no one replied to emails no one picks up the phone didn’t even know if I was picking up my new car because unable to speak to anyone only to find out the salesman who sold us the car was now on holiday. Picked up the car another salesman trying to deal with the mess and to top it all realised 2 days later charged £650 for GardX that wasn’t done and week later V5 turns up with the wrong name on it what a shambles of a dealership stay away .
