A Real Rip Off

A fuse went in my Nissan Micra, bought from Bishops in Guildford. This locked my radio so I asked them to unlock it for me, as they hadn't written the code in my log book. They had recorded the wrong code on their system which they repeatedly entered permanently locking the system. Now they are trying to charge me to sort out their error!
