Regret purchasing a car from Brakes

I had a new Kuga for a few weeks and then one of the underneath trays came adrift and have to get the AA to fix it and then the next day while driving up the motorway it came adrift again and was dragging underneath the car and again AA was needed to repair it. The comment from the service manager that if you driving the car through water on the road it will keep coming adrift and therefore with the weather we have been having one should not drive the car! The car is not fit for purpose and have had no help from the garage apart apart from wasting over 3 hours today. This was the fifth car i had brought from them but after the service i have received i will not be buying another one from them or Ford.
