What service

I have had two Van's from foray ford . The first van had very poor service throughout the three years of having the van . Was convinced by the sales team that things were better now. But the service communication have been worst than the other van . I had asked for a car or to be dropped into town was told this was in place but upon arrival there was nothing . No one had bothered to contact to say this was the case . Cant wait until the lease is up . There are very good at getting you to sign up for a new vehicle then bump you . If you see the other review I left it was only to get a 10 % of the service . It took six months to get a hill start problem solved which caused a lot of problems for the whole six months. I would not recommend them with my experience.
