DO NOT BUY FROM DOVES SOUTHAMPTON

Bought a used car from Doves Vauxhall in Southampton and when it turned up it was missing the aerial and the SD card for the satnav and it stank of smoke. We were told we couldn't have our deposit back because they'd moved it there. They eventually provided the aerial and SD card but only after 2 weeks of constantly calling and eventually showing up in person. When we paid our deposit we told there would be a 12 month warranty but when we came to collect this was changed to just 28 days! Six weeks later it broke down in the street and cost £800 to repair! When we called to complain they refused to take our calls. Shocking customer service and poor quality of vehicle. Avoid!
