Unroadworthy - illegal car

Now trading as "BERKSHIRE CAR CENTRE LIMITED" (Check Companies house) and reviews with both entities - everything matches, A BMW purchased here was badly repaired prior to purchase on the front end, it was held together with woodscrews and badly blown over which i didnt spot in the rain. The masking tape still on the inside of the light. The wing and front bumper full of filler. All four tyres were illegal, it had an outstanding safety recall on the car and the central locking didn't work, i was told to put a new battery in the remote (Expensive module needed). They accused me of crashing the car and on a recent review lie to say i went back to the garage. they have ignored 2 signed for letters and dont want to know anything. After tracing down other business owned by the director and company name changes its clear that after a while the company name will change again and they will continue. They did confirm at the place it was an auction car, i assume they checked it out made necessary to get it roadworthy however after a local garage got it up in the air it was clear i had just purchased a straight accident damaged auction car that they have not checked out.
