Would definitely buy again

A big thank you to Joe and Mathew, especially Joe who guided me through the process of buying a car. There were no pushy sales tactics, otherwise I would have immediately lost interest and walked away. I had a couple of concerns about the car I was interested in, which were addressed and negotiated fairly. When I asked for time to collect my thoughts, I was not pressurised into making an immediate decision, but given the respect and courtesy to go away and think about it. This earned my trust and respect in Joe. Joe has a great personality, very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional, and from beginning to end, did not try to push me into buying something I did not want. An excellent experience, and would definitely buy from Car Store York again.
