I wouldn’t normally buy from a dealer, however, on this occasion I wasn’t left with much choice. I found the car I was looking for and set about reading the reviews on Autotrader. Loughton motor company had amazing reviews which lead me to contact them for myself. From the moment I made contact to the day I picked the car up, Rob (the owner), lived up to his reviews and I cannot fault him whatsoever. As I was buying from a distance and not immediately, he gave me a full detailed report with photos and videos of the car, I was confident enough to pay half up front via PayPal. Rob is clearly a car fanatic and aims to please, he is not afraid to go the extra mile to ensure the client is happy and to follow up, Robs after sales service is second to none. In summary, fully recommend Loughton Motor Company, go on, treat yourself.
