Appalling after sales

I bought a Skoda Scala on the 1st September 2019 from Robert Eardley & Son. Keeps getting a flat battery. Was supposed to get a courtesy car while it was investigated. The car was never ordered. I am still waiting. The girl in service told me not to get cross because it was not her fault. The car also had a chip which has not been repaired properly.
