TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I have taken my BMW to the service centre at Barons Borehamwood on 3 separate occasions in order to get an issue with my car’s tyre sensor warning indicator resolved. On the first occasion I was told that the tyres simply weren’t inflate properly. The second time the response was that there were lacerations to the front two tyres and that they needed replacing. Despite this advice the problem persisted and on the third visit I was again told that the tyres were not properly inflated. Amazingly, the same warning message still appears every time I start my car. The issue was escalated to Colin Donno (assistant service manager) on 25th November but he has ignored my complaint. BMW Customer Services UK brought the issue to Rob Graham, the Centre’s Head of Business on 5th December and told me that I would hear back within 48 hours. It is now the 11th December and I am still chasing.
