Snows BMW Portsmouth

Truly horrendous experience at Snows BMW in Portsmouth and service car taken for a gearbox reprogram and it's just been fitted with a new clutch the car drove fine it just kept resetting so all I needed to know those BMW to do was to reset the biting point they done a diagnostics and told me I need a small repairing a gearbox still didn't sort problem then told me I needed a hydraulic actuator fitted it still no fix then told me it needed a whole new gearbox on you I didn't need a new gearbox after clearing the sum of £4250.95 I have my car collected and taken to a small BMW independent specialist told them about having a new clutch and it kept resetting I told them the same as I told snows BMW and they put it on a computer to reset the biting point no parts needed with the car repaired in an hour snows BMW have made a huge error or trying to get more money out of me parts I didn't need I had to open a trading Standards case I've had no reply and customer service did not care in the world
