BE CAREFUL They selling CAT S cars !!!

I have bought Vauxhall Insignia over 5 years ago from PSD Car Sales... Had a lot of problems with the car. After month everything in the car began to broke.... During 5 years I spent couple thousands for repairs (inc. engine replacement, exhaust system, clutch and gear box) Finally I decided freedom and wanted to do part exchange last week. Dealer said the car is no acceptable to use it as a part exchange because had serious damage previously an has cat. S. Nobody at PSD mentioned about car history... nobody told me the car is repaired after crash.... nobody.... Should I ask for this or PSD should tell what they selling??? Can't believe how the finance went through... thieves ! (don't remember exact day of purchase... put roughly date - don't have time to find the papers...)
