Rubbish customer service and lies

A sales man when he was trying to selling his car was very helpful with adding all lies including as I ask him is this outlander diesel is ok for ulez(ultra low emission zone ) which is running in London . He said he is well aware of it and all ok. When I checked it wasn’t suitable for this(ulez). I asked refund of my deposit of £500 and I’m refused to give refund. Very poor and low level of service I was providing. When I told him that you misled me then he went I must have misunderstood him. I’d tell people keep away from them they are not worth investing any penny. Awful. I wouldn’t even give Humphries & Parks Mitsubishi one star if I had a choice.
