Shocking outfit

Had my car serviced by Greenford Service Station 29/11/19. They returned the car to my home address only to find bodywork damage below the rear door. They did not accept any liability for this and the receptionist was out of her depth trying to cover their tracks. I am very angry and frustrated with their total unprofessionalism and totally regret ever dealing with these type of people. .Also to add insult to injury the service display had not been reset and Kelly told me it's not possible to do as they don't or won't have the correct diagnosis tools for another 2 weeks. Absolutely pathetic !!
