DO NOT buy from ARNOLD CLARK

Please do not buy your car from Arnold Clark Vauxhall in Manchester! We bought Vauxhall Astra 2015 plate in June 2019 and had problem after problem. the car is not roadworthy and they sold us car knowing that the brake pads were 95% worn and with a nail in tyre letting us drive on motorway . They have zero concern about anybody’s safety as the car had problems with clutch, loss of power, water leak, both back tyres and break pads very badly worn ! Spent hours on telephone to there head office as branch ignoring us , passed between them and our local branch who are more concerned about who is paying for repairs ! The autocare warranty is not worth paper it’s writtennon as they said not all repairs are covered !! We are now fighting with finance company to reject the car as we had legal advice who said under consumer rights act 2015 we can pursue our final right to reject under our statutory rights!! Also complained to the CEO of Arnold Clark !!!!! No after care at all and appalling disgusting behaviour by these dodgy sales managers !! Do not be fooled by them like we were !!! Stay clear !!!!
