Poor customer relations

My son who lives in Gosforth and works in Hexham had a noise from the engine/exhaust and was concerned it was terminal. Being new to driving was inexperienced and had received the car as an 18th birthday present. I took him to Fawdington Hexham where it was purchased to ask for an expert ear to listen and let him know what may be wrong and wether it was ok to drive till it could be fixed. Reception were uncooperative unless he made an appointment, they could fit him in by the middle of the following week. Went to Mathew Clarke and a mechanic had a listen and sorted it in less than 30 minutes - NO CHARGE, fantastic. He’s changing his car soon and it’s not going to be a Suzuki.
