When we arrived at Stoneacre Chesterfield to look at a Jazz, James offered to help and arranged a test drive for us. Although we liked the car, we didn’t feel ready to commit immediately. James was not at all pushy, but gave us time to consider our decision. We went back to him when we were ready to buy and he arranged everything for us in a very professional and Competent manner.
