On Monday morning I telephoned to ask for a test drive of an R-Line Golf, I arrived at the showrooms at 12.30 I was greeted by very friendly staff one of whom made me a cup of tea after my long drive from London The salesman Sam was with another customer when I arrived at the showroom, so the manager took me outside and showed me around the car, and allowed me to wait inside the car for Sam The car was sparkling clean and in immaculate condition. after a comprehensive test drive, I agreed to buy the car. I asked Sam if it would be possible to drive the car away on the same day, and Sam said he could do that for me to save me having to drive back again I would like to say thank you to Sam, his manager and all the staff I spoke with at Parkway Kettering for their fantastic customer service I got a good price for my trade in car, and now have a brilliant R-Line, I left the showrooms very happy Thank You
