Dreadful DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY
I was buying my parents a car and travelled from Stoke On Trent to Sheffield after placing a deposit on the car over the phone only to find they had sold the car by the time i got there. Then it took over a year to get my deposit back !!! I complained in writing to head office many times and each time they kept putting me back in.touch with the "boys" in the garage . The head of sales by the surname of Whitehead .(.we all know what it should be) argued with me that I had not received a bad service and could not explain why it took a year. He then asked how he could resolve the issue...I asked for my deposit back and mileage costs.. ,,, after making me feel like I was after more money then I was owed i said I would be happy for my deposit to be paid and £300 from the dealership to go to a cancer research charity as my wife had died of cancer ...I received a refund of my deposit in the form of a cheque sent to my old address and no mention of my mileage expense from Stoke on Trent to sheffield or DONATION TO CANCER CHARITY !! Shame on you Bristol Street Motors Nissan in Sheffield... and any board director reading this please feel free to contact me on 07890022897 regards Joe.
