My experience was a refreshing change as i usually hate garages especially sales people. The guy there was friendly and gave me good advice without patronising me which is what i always seem to get being female!! I'm very nervous on test drives but Jim or John (sorry i cant remember) stressed that it was important so i get the right car. Annoyingly for him i ended up trying 4 till i was happy. I found a very similar car £200 cheaper elsewhere but these had the alloys refurbished? (i think thats what you call it) so i was happy to go back the next day and buy it. So far i have had to replace a bulb and there was a squeak coming from the boot which they sorted for me x
