Outstanding!

Purchased my first ever Mini yesterday and I can't praise the team at Stephen James, Enfield sufficiently. From the first point of contact with Dennis Hind the customer service I received was outstanding. His knowledge, assistance and friendly service during my purchase was fantastic. I bought the car on Friday and it was ready to drive away Monday with excellent correspondence from Dennis throughout. I must mention Aiesha as this lady was a lifesaver! Not knowing the area at all, I got lost. After making a call to inform them of my situation and to ask for help, Aiesha remained on the phone giving clear and concise directions which guided me to my destination. The warmth and welcoming atmosphere within the team is second to none and I would highly recommend this garage. Thank you all for a lovely helpful experience.
