Appalling service from new car sales

I have to give West London Audi 10/10 for consistency, bad every time! Tried buying a car through them 2 years ago and such an awful experience I got an Audi elsewhere. Due for a change now and have seen a good lease deal online, thought I would phone them to see if they had the same car in the showroom, got through to a young man who I won’t name who said they didn’t have one. I then said I have been offered a lease deal and he replied straight away we can match that as everyone has the same rates, total nonsense. I gave him the figures and website for the quote, he said will call back in 5 minutes, waited over 4 hours and no phone call back. I also had a poor experience last month on an express service with my current Audi, I was quoted 2 hours, it took 3 hours 15 minutes, I was told I should never have been told 2 hours, they said car could be ready sooner if I didn’t want it washed and vacuumed. Oh and cost would be the same of course! As I said at the start, consistently bad, lovely showroom but the customer experience falls well short again. Under promise and over deliver works best every time! Will you ever get your act together?
