Appalling Customer Service
Purchased brand new car with a Service Contract Nov 2018. Car went for its first service and advised me there was no Service Contract for this car on their data base. Apparently they forgot to register the Service Contract.. Progress Bedford were taken over by Marshall March 2019. Neither company has so far accepted responsibility for this situation, meanwhile I am out of pocket to the tune of the cost of the 2 Services plus cost of having to pay for the 1st Service. In all we are heading north of £1000 if you take the cost of my time involved in this matter.The responsibilty lies with the Progress Group headquartered at Kettering under the name Progress Suzuki Kettering. My advice would be to avoid both Progress Suzuki and Marshall at all costs. Both Companies have not got the backbone to accept any responsibilty. for a mistake that has been made. "Corporate Pass the Buck"at it's best.
