Do 'NOT' use this car dealer if you know what's good for you. I took my car to Renault Birmingham on 1/07/15 with an oil leak on the roof of my convertible, was told to leave it overnight for a diagnosis for £59. They sent me a video couple days after telling me they found a misting shock absorber that would cost me £309 including diagnosis to fix. After 1 week of me phoning them (asking about the leak on my roof) did they even look at the roof an identify a split hydraulic ram hose and now they were talking three hours of labour at £59 per hour and in total to fix the roof £850. When warranty direct refused to help I told them I want my car back as they had it for 12 days. I was horrified that they wanted me to pay £309 to retrieve the car talking about 3 hours labour to put it back together as well. So not only have they misdiagnosed the problem and expect £59 for that but Iv been kept me off the road for 12 days and now they want £309 to retrieve my car for labour alone. I have just picked up the car after speaking to the service manager, with a discount I have forked out £215 to retrieve the car and am fuming that, my service an airbag light are on as they have clearly broke the connector under my driver seat. The lights were NOT on when I brought the car to them. Now that will cost me even more money. In summary they are incompetent, now I'm left to pick up the pieces left by Renault Birmingham.
