Zero customer service and communication

Bought a 2017 Ibiza FR in September from Premier Car Sales Derby, did it all over the phone but was assured the car was in very condition at 23k miles, arrived to collect the car to find a burn in the drivers seat, dent in the front wing, passenger sun visor missing and to be honest not prepared to a very high standard. I'm in business and understand that sometimes these things happen and accepted the sales guys offer of having it back in for the dent and him getting a sun visor for the n/s/f . We're now 2 months on and not a word, I've emailed on a number of occasions, the last time, a month ago, the sales manager replied and said he would look into it for us, still nothing. I've had the dents removed today at a cost of £100, I'll order a sun visor and move on. All well and good one of the directors Porsche convertibles on display in the showroom, they should be thinking about who's paying for it all. All show and no substance. A most disappointing experience from what looked a decent company.
