Very poor sales

Baught a bmw last November seatbelt has always been faulty braught it back told it was fine and it wasn’t , had to but a new seat belt ,battery on my remote went today tried opening the door with the key and couldn’t as it’s just a blank blade they have put in the fob , the spare key I was given again that’s a blank blade , so basically I have no keys for this car , I now have to go out and find a way of having these blades cut so I can have keys for my car , I paid £12.500 for this car that hasn’t even got any keys to work it , wouldn’t buy another car from Hills Motor Co.
