Purchased a Vauxhall Zaphira Car in June

Purchased a car in June from Mike Ince Car Sales, the salesman was very professional and flexible. Before I picked up the car they replaced the cambelt because there was no record it had changed, but as he said they will change it just in case. I thought that was excellent and thoughtful toward the customer..me :) Recently the car broke down and it was down to the DPF filter being clogged. It was out of warranty so I had to purchase a new one at £200 from Dales Autospares in Warrington. When I telephoned Mike Ince regarding this, they said even though it was out of warranty, they would pay 50%. Not many car dealers would have done that. Many thanks (A very happy customer)
