In December 2018 I bought a 9-year old Grand Vitara from here and I felt the service was friendly, open and honest, and the price negotiation I felt was fair.. When I collected the car, John had brought it inside a garage to keep it out of the rain ( it was winter!) and took plenty of time to take me through the various features of the car which would be useful to know. He didn't have to do that, but I learned some new mechanical things and I greatly appreciated the care. So, here I am after a year's trouble free motoring ( 15K miles ); glad that I bought a Vitara and glad that I bought it form David.
