Was was sold a car by Tone Motor Company in May with 3 major faults - 4x4 not working; completely corroded disc brakes; using 5l oil per 1000 miles travelled. Have not seen the service document or MOT despite written requests.TMC refused to investigate the problems saying it was 2 days over the 3 month warranty so spent an additional £500 identifying the issues.Then posted a review online explaining this.TMC contacted us repeatedly to take the post down, offering online to buy the car back. We removed our poor review but since then they have ignored all communication, including 5 subsequent letters. We now know they have no independent arbitration despite the legal requirement to do so. They have provided no help or support. The car is unusable until repaired.
