Great service

My 3 year old Polo GTI was in for its first M.O.T. a few weeks ago. As this was a new experience for me I was'nt too sure what to expect from Arnold Clark Volkswagen. I had nothing to worry about. The technician involved with my car kept me up to date with everything that was being done to car. From sending a video showing what was being done to emailing me. After M.O.T. was completed a service assistant telephoned me to let me know when I could pick up car. All in all a very positive and professional experience.
