!!VERY BAD SERVICE AND ARROGANT STAFF!!

only just realized you can leave review through car dealer reviews FANTASTIC, So I brought a bipper van, had it on finance, got it home and realized there was oil coming from underneath. I contacted the dealer direct and spoke to a rude person who told me there was nothing he could do and was very arrogant! I called the finance company and told them and they told me to get a diagnosis from an independent garage. I did this and the van was not road worthy so the finance company agreed with the sales man that I would send it back by recovery truck. On arrival, the recovery truck man was greeted with a lot of abuse from the arrogant man on the phone! The van was brought back to me, in the end the finance company took the van and sent it to auction and dealt with the arrogant dealership!! Please be careful if you buy anything from WOODLAND VAN CENTER. They won't take back the vehicle to repair it if there is something wrong with it even if its the same day you brought the vehicle they just leave you in the lurch with a faulty vehicle that is totally unroadworthy and I must stress that the arrogant gentleman is very rude and verbally aggressive over the phone and to your face!!
